This was a global initiative to support the group's Customer Care, and Diversity & Inclusion strategies.

 

 

CULTURAL AWARENESS TRAIN-THE-TRAINER

 

Cultural Awareness Train-the-Trainer program to embed Cultural Intelligence into the delivery of government services by frontline staff of the Australian Government (Services Australia), nationwide.

Personally trained by Craig Shim since 2016, Services Australia's facilitators have delivered this program to over 30,000 government staff (as at 2022).
